A transit agency is adjusting its parking fees. The cost of long-term parking will rise by $2 daily. This change will take effect on September 14.

Daily parking rates will now be charged after 14 hours, rather than 24. Certain stations will charge $10 per day, while others will charge $7 per day.

The agency expects to earn an additional $500,000 annually from these new rates, which will support facility maintenance and upgrades. Further details are available from the transit agency's statement.
