Mosquito surveillance traps have tested positive for West Nile virus, with the total number of positive traps now at 10. These traps are located in DeKalb County, with recent positives found in North Decatur and Brookhaven.

So far, no human cases of the virus have been reported. DeKalb Public Health has confirmed the presence of the virus in the mosquito population.
