From Washington: Ray Freeman, who previously aged out of foster care, has established a jiu jitsu club. He uses this martial art to help individuals cope with various challenges. At his club, kids and adults can learn jiu jitsu as a way to manage trauma, depression, ADHD, and behavioral struggles.

Freeman's own son is one of his students. The club, called One Club Jiu Jitsu, has been in operation for six years. It is located in Wyandotte County.
