A new residential community is being developed through a partnership between Kennedy Wilson and Shimizu Corporation. The project, called Caldwell, will have approximately 382 units and is valued at around $139 million. This development represents Kennedy Wilson's first multifamily project in the state and its first collaboration with Shimizu.

The community will be built on a 6.9-acre site that was previously home to a UPS office building. The site is located at 35 Glenlake Parkway NE.
