A promotion to waive dog adoption fees is underway to clear shelter space. The goal is to make room for incoming animals as the facility has reached full capacity. Officials are urging residents to visit and adopt a dog, as each completed adoption creates space for another animal in need.

The promotion, which started on August 21, will run through Labor Day. Dogs of various sizes and personalities are available for adoption. All dogs have been spayed or neutered, are up to date on vaccinations, and have been microchipped.

Further details about the adoption process and available dogs can be found through the shelter or by downloading the WSB-TV News app.
