A prop from the "Jurassic Park" movie has been sold at auction for $403,200. The item, a mosquito in amber, was a focal point of the film's opening scene. This was the first public sale of the prop, according to Propstore's COO.

The auction, which featured entertainment memorabilia, included other notable items. A phaser from "Star Trek: The Original Series" sold for $315,000, and a white suit worn by John Travolta in "Saturday Night Fever" went for $277,200.
