A fast-moving wildfire has destroyed homes and forced thousands to evacuate. Shifting winds have made it difficult for firefighters to bring the blaze under control. Authorities have urged around 90,000 people to evacuate due to the fire. At least six people, including three first responders and three civilians, have been injured.

The fire, known as the Hawk Fire, began on Saturday and has spread across a significant area. Officials have stated that the fire is "human-caused", but further details on the cause are not available.
