Rome police are seeking help in locating a missing 14-year-old girl. The girl, Alana Phillips, was last known to be missing on Monday morning. She may also go by the names "Jacob" or "Heaven".

Alana is described as being approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, and glasses. She was last seen wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans. A vehicle she is believed to be traveling in is a 2007 burgundy Chevrolet Tahoe with a Georgia license plate.
