A third suspect has been arrested in connection with alleged theft from students at a flight school. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation made the arrest, which is related to the case against the former owners of FLYT Aviation. Two individuals, Alex Hamlin and Harlan Hamlin, were previously booked on charges including theft by conversion and violating the Georgia RICO Act.

The investigation began after students reported financial discrepancies in their accounts following the school's sale in October 2024. The GBI looked into these allegations at the request of Peachtree City police in February 2025.

Further details on the case and the third suspect's arrest are available from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
